Policies
MAKEUP POLICY
Students are eligible to do make-ups for missed classes as long as currently enrolled. Make-ups must be scheduled via email to AcroCats. There are no refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays.
You may email us to request a makeup- while there is no guarantee of placement, we will do our best to accommodate.
DROP PROCEDURE:
PARENTS MUST NOTIFY TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. 2 weeks notice must be given via email or iClassPro (drop enrollment request) prior to dropping. Families are responsible for all tuition charges incurred during that 2 week period; ex. families who drop on August 31st will be charged for two weeks of September.
Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes regardless of attendance: until the time you notify AcroCats via email of cancellation. You may also request drops and transfers online via iClassPro.
WHAT TO WEAR
Leotard or biketard or leotard with tight shorts, leggings. Other outfits might be acceptable as well. Please ask. If it is cold, more clothes are okay. They should be tight fitting- no baggy shirts, etc. Hair should be neatly tied back from the face. Please try to be on time and ready to go when class starts.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before their scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY
Tuition payments are due on or before the scheduled due date each month. If a payment is not received within 14 days (2 weeks) of the due date, a flat $25 late fee will be added to your account.
